Efektivitas Penggunaan Jet Ranger Pada Intake Manifold Terhadap Performa Honda Vario 150 cc

Performa kendaraan bermotor dapat dilihat dari torsi dan daya. Baik tidaknya kualitas pembakaran akan mempengaruhi performa (torsi daya) sepeda motor, baiknya sejalan dengan performa. Proses di ruang bakar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti temperatur, densitas, turbulensi udara, serta komposisi udara bahan bakar. Peningkatan menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan mesin, dimana teknologi yang digunakan umumnya dikenal sebutan jet ranger. Fungsi ranger adalah mengubah aliran angin semula linier vortex/spin/memusar. Penelitian ini berjenis eksperimen, Honda Vario 150 cc objek penelitian. Metode pengujian daya dilakukan berdasarkan standar Society of Automotive Engineering( SAE J1349). Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa terbukti efektif motor cc. Setelah menggunakan meningkat disetiap putaran mesin rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 15%. terbesar pada 3000 RPM yakni 30%, sedangkan terendah terjadi 9000 rpm 2%. Berbanding lurus torsi, juga mengalami 14%. awal atau 1000 66%, 3%.
 The performance a motorized vehicle can be seen from the torque and power produced by vehicle. This research an experimental type, object research. Torque testing methods are carried out according J1349 standard. findings this study indicate that use has proven effective increasing motorcycles. After using ranger, increases at each speed average increase largest occurs rotation, which while lowest Directly proportional torque, also every occurred initial rotation RPM, was 3%.
